UK fitness apparel brand Gymshark will launch its first store in Dubai, marking the brand’s first permanent store outside the UK. 

The store will be located in Dubai Mall and is regarded as one of the brand’s important initiatives following General Atlantic’s investment, which valued the company at more than £1 billion in 2020. 

Ben Francis and Lewis Morgan created Gymshark in 2012, and the brand built its first physical location in London in 2022. It then spread to other regions through concessions, including in the US and Europe.

Gymshark also unveiled plans to launch a permanent location in the US later this year. The store will supposedly be located in New York and will cover 13,000sqft across four stories.
