Sharjah-based real estate developer Alef Group is set to open a community mall within its Hayyan development.

Located along Emirates Road, the mall is positioned as a central retail and lifestyle hub, featuring a curated mix of stores, cafes, dining concepts and essential services.

In addition to retail, the development will include landscaped green spaces, a lagoon and family-focused amenities designed to support community living.

“Once completed, Hayyan Mall is expected to play a key role in residents’ daily lives while strengthening its position as a growing lifestyle destination in Sharjah,” the company said.
