KFC has unveiled KFC Muse, a fully immersive, two-story restaurant concept in Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence.
As the brand’s first ground-up expression of its evolved global restaurant design, the location features the Kinetic Bucket, a central interactive canvas with light, sound, and content to adapt the venue’s atmosphere throughout the day.
The Dubai launch also introduces two regional firsts:
- Kwench by KFC: A specialty beverage line offering Boba Refreshers, Krunch Shakes, Sparkling Lemonades, and Iced Coffees.
- KFC Mix’d: A customisable chicken experience allowing customers to choose their chicken, sauces, and toppings.
“KFC is a global icon that has captured hearts and delighted the palates of millions across generations. Few brands command that kind of love and craving. With KFC Muse, we are taking that magic into the future.
“As we set the standard for the modern chicken QSR, we’re disrupting conventions, moving from QSR, quick service restaurant, to quality experience restaurant,” said Scott Mezvinky, global CEO of KFC.
“We chose Dubai to launch KFC Muse because it reflects the ambition we have to modernise the brand across the MENA region and beyond. And we’re excited to bring KFC Muse to other culturally vibrant and trend-setting cities like Seoul in the near future.”
The new concept focuses on hospitality and dynamic environments designed to adapt throughout the day, offering an expanded menu that includes its specialty drinks line alongside core menu items.
Following the Dubai debut, the second KFC Muse venue is scheduled to open in Seoul by the end of the year.
The company plans to use both locations as templates for future global construction and restaurant remodels.
