Former Mammut Sports exec, Felix Muennich, will join Deckers Brands as its new senior VP and GM for the company’s EMEA region.

Muennich will focus on accelerating growth for the company’s Hoka and Ugg brands across the EMEA region. 

He has held several leadership positions at brands like Nike, Umbro and most recently as the CCO of Mammut Sports Group AG. 

Deckers said Muennich has a deep understanding of general management, retail, strategy and commercial leadership in both business-to-business and direct-to-customers organisations. 

With over 20 years of experience, Muennich’s previous roles have seen him execute omnichannel integration, expand brands’ physical presence with new store launches, and attain double-digit comparable growth. 

Deckers Brands designs, markets and distributes casual and high-performance clothing and footwear, and its portfolio includes Ugg, Koolaburra, Hoka, Teva and Ahnu.
