KeyMavens Group has launched The Villa Square, a boutique retail destination in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai.

Spanning more than 124,000sqft, the development will feature a curated mix of retail outlets, dining options and wellness facilities.

Moreover, its design prioritises natural light and open spaces, making it easily accessible for surrounding communities.

Munthir Al Ali, chairman of KeyMavens Group, said the company aims to create environments that blend shopping with wellbeing and human connection.

“The Villa Square reflects that vision, combining shopping, lifestyle and well-being in one destination,” he said.

The Villa Square is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of next year.
