Amazon has partnered with global conglomerate GMG to enable faster delivery of GMG-distributed products online across the Middle East and North Africa region, as the company accelerates its channel expansion.

The partnership provides a wide range of products from the GMG portfolio, including grocery, lifestyle, and wellness categories, along with Amazon’s shipping services.

“As consumer behaviours evolve, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences driven by technology, speed, and relevance. With the Middle East’s e-commerce market projected to reach $50 billion by 2025, this collaboration is timely and strategic,” said Mohammad A Baker, deputy chairman and CEO of GMG.

Founded by the Baker family, GMG has expanded its diverse business divisions, such as sport, health, beauty, and lifestyle products, with over 120 brands, including both international and regional names, and has established hundreds of retail stores across 21 countries.
