Jubail Island has revealed the first set of retail partners set to open at Souk Al Jubail, its mixed-use property positioned as a community hub that integrates shopping, wellness, and lifestyle.

The initial list of tenants includes brands such as 1847 Men’s Salon, Artigiano Italian restaurant, Bedashing Beauty Lounge, Daily Press Coffee, Functional Fitness, Medicina Pharmacy, Redwood Nursery, and eco-friendly laundry service Washio.

Spinneys will also serve as the location’s anchor supermarket, offering a wide range of fresh produce and gourmet goods.

Owned by Jubail Island Investment and developed by Lead, the project spans six residential villages surrounded by mangroves and natural landscapes.

GM Abdulla Al Shamsi said the project reflects the company’s focus on creating a balanced lifestyle environment.

“Each new brand has been thoughtfully selected to meet the needs of our growing community and to enhance the everyday experience of our residents,” he added.
