Apple has launched its online store and Apple Store application in Saudi Arabia, offering its full range of products along with direct customer support.

While the Apple Store online offers Apple’s full lineup of products, the Apple Store app provides a personalised shopping experience with customised services, including tailored recommendations, a model comparison tool, saved items, and order tracking.

Apple provides configure-to-order options for Mac users, enabling them to customise their devices according to specific needs, such as chip, memory, and storage.

Customised engraving services for AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTag are available in both Arabic and English on Apple’s regional website. The brand also provides virtual support immediately after an order is placed, as well as a trade-in program.

Apple plans to open its flagship physical stores in several locations in Saudi Arabia next year, including an upcoming retail store planned to open in Diriyah.
