US-based home furnishing companies Crate & Barrel and its sister-brand CB2 have launched their inaugural flagships in UAE capital, marking their first partnership in the region.

Adjacent to Marina shopping mall, both brands’ store designs demonstrate their own brand identities of modernity and classic style, as well as their furnishing collections.

Offering home design services in their physical locations, including personal consultations, space planning and 3D visualisation, the openings offer in-store experiences by serving customers’ restop with the Crate & Barrel’s cafe, Susan’s Baking Co.

Besides enhancing its physical presence, the interior design brands allow local customers to purchase online through their e-commerce services, offer home delivery and assembly, and a buy now, pay later (BNPL) payment option.

Crate & Barrel, founded in 1962 in Chicago, is a furniture and homewares retailer that has expanded to international markets, including Canada, Mexico, Europe, Southeast Asia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
