UK bubble tea chain Cupp is expanding internationally and is seeking franchise partners in Saudi Arabia as part of its growth strategy.

Founded in 2012 by Lee Peacock, the Bristol-based company currently operates 33 outlets across the UK and plans to open 15 new domestic locations this year.

It has signed its first international franchise deal in India and expects to open its first store in Hyderabad later this year.

In addition to India, Cupp plans to branch out into Saudi Arabia, the US, Canada, and the Republic of Ireland, with franchise consultant Mikayla Whittle leading the initiative.

“Expanding beyond the UK has been a key part of our growth strategy, and Hyderabad, with its vibrant food and beverage sector, is the perfect market to introduce Cupp,” said Whittle.
